Its a WB movie so in the US it goes to HBO Max (and any theatres that are open) and rest of the world gets it in theatres (again, where they are open). This is so they don't have to keep delaying it.

Why would they want theaters to stay open? Releasing directly to their own streaming service they skip the middle man and don't have the pay the theaters a cut anymore. It's in everyone's best interest for theaters to go extinct.

Mileena is the clone of Kitana.
Kitana actress in the movie was Puerto rican. Her design in the future games were basically changed to be more brown...and so were Mileena's. Then in MK11 they turned them both Asain for no real reason. So not like their races have changed multiple times over the years.

Depends entirely on whether or not sending these $300+ million movies to streaming services makes enough back. Mulan didn't very well at all, is Disney+ really all that popular? The new Wonder Woman movie will probably be a good indicator of whether or not sticking these massive blockbusters on streaming services is worth it. It may not be in Disney and other big studios' best interests for theaters to go away.
