My question is, how is GRRM supposed to factor into this game? I see it on the level of Kojima's celeb worship almost. It just seems really random that they would seek out GRRM who is a long narrative and slowburn type of worldbuilder/storyteller. How exactly is he going to make a fromsoft video game better? There is a Story as main protagonist that you are living inside the world and context, well, the lore of that world (that doesn't affect the player at all) is written by Martin.
