I legitimately doubt Bethesda are working on TES yet, they saw Witcher 3 and Kingdom Come and knew to bide their time so people wouldn't make comparisons, they'll release starfield then port Skyrim and F4 to the new consoles and then they'll work on TES6 this way they can claim it's the first of it's kind of a new generation of open-world RPG's
