Cyberpunk

It's exactly what I expected. Witcher 3 first person in a sci fi setting and that's what I got.
The main quest is great.
The side quest is great.
The gig jobs are surprisingly interesting, despite being the lowest tier quests. They are all unique, have voice acting, and even input from Johnny.
The rpg mechanics are okay. You can make some fun builds. I'm a cyber ninja with double jump.
Shooting is decent if you spec out correctly.
Driving is decent if you have the right car and use a controller.
The rest needs polish, but the skeleton itself is decent and could be a great game once it's further built upon and mod tools are released.

Though I would be mad if I was a console peasant and bought it for ps4 where it runs like a slideshow.

I don't know why so many of you shills are glossing over the AWFUL story telling in this game

>Characters just appear instead of be introduced
>Corpo v acts like nomad/street kid
>Timeskip all of act 1
>Johnny is your enemy at first but you can go do side missions where you act like best buddies
>Muh living legend in night city for no reason

Witcher3 was shit

>>Characters just appear instead of be introduced
I wouldn't call it terrible, but I agree that they need to add the 6 month montage as actual gameplay for the sake of continuity.

That's your opinion and I don't agree with it.

Zig Forumsirgins claims there are no choices. Even gig jobs have choices depending on how you do them.
I just did a gig to retrieve a surveillance tape. Depending on whether you watch you it or not, you get a different ending to the quest.
On top of that, there are multiple ways into any building. Through the front. Back door. Roof. Just like in Deus Ex.

Not him but I agree with everything he says, where's my cent

People just act like sheep, praise Witcher 3 as an ultimate masterpiece (it's not, 4th act is a fucking disgrace which spoiled it for me) not even caring to pay attention to how similar the 2 are; the only difference is in the embarrassing and unpolished state it was released, on one hand objectively so, on the other amplified by the fact will notice more easily cut features and what not for one of the biggest hypes of the last decade

>Characters just appear instead of be introduced

What the fuck does that even mean?

I assume he means that some of the npc characters talk to you in the beginning of the game as if you know them already. Because you got to know them through the 6 month montage. But as a player you don't know them and that makes them less interesting.

>doing gig I found while driving around
>have to break in and rescue ripperdoc from Maelstrom
>going through the front would be too dangerous
>climb on the roof, sneak in through a ventilation shaft
>hear them talking about one their gang gangers who was almost killed and is being patched up
>take them all out with a silenced pistol after disabling security cameras with hacking
>rescue the doc
>turns out she is trying to save the half dead gang banger
>tell her we need to go, get given the choice to leave him to die or help save him.
B-b-but it's not an rpg and has no choices!!!11

I'd change the loot system. Make enemies drop what they are wearing/using, don't give the clothes ranks and only an amount of armor/stats that makes sense. For example a straw hat gives no protection, but a helmet gives some against headshots
Rely primarily on cyberwear for armor/stats, and have most of them change your appearance in some way, in the way the arms do.

Where the fuck do I find long coats to buy or loot? I really need them

carefull with the the fun Op
your gonna get called a shill any minute now

What affect does the choice have?

In particular the armour system needs changing because you end up throwing out cool looking gear for stats

I'm not sure. I chose to help her and save him. She said she wouldn't leave otherwise.

Spoiler: she still does

Spoiler: he dies.

They should have figured out better placement for the random encounters. These are much better than the lame gigs but it's easy to miss them.

I really feel kind of bad for the devs. Everyone loved Witcher 3 so they made the exact same game again and everyone hates it now. They must be so confused.

But there are no A OR B choices in dialogue which means this is literally a tranny game you shill!

>They must be so confused.
They hyped it up as a super detailed RPG where your choices matter etc (they implied Jackie could live or die). as well as showing a bunch of stuff like wall running and other features that they cut.

If they had kept low profile and just said another game like the Witcher is coming people would probably be happy enough with this but they had to get that stock price up

What do you think dumbass? It's literally life or death.

you will never be a woman

nice shoes

YOOOOOOOOOO is that a JOJO reference! HECKING JAWSOME BRO! This game looks POG af ngl!!!!

>Is decent IF
Get out shill, fuck off
