And in that time, Steam has given me ZERO games for free.
All of those games and more have been free and available to be pirated for years. What a complete waste of time.
i got cyberpunk for free from steam
Steam has in-fact given out free games before
>Ark: Survival Evolved
try again and no hamachi servers doesnt count
Don't care I'm still exclusively using steam.
I've pirated that game. If your excuse is that you want the multiplayer experience then you're grasping at straws because as you've so clearly demonstrated there are ways to do it, you just want to pretend like they don't count.
lol I also add every free game on Epic but actually play only the ones I bought on Steam
>not using GOG as well
look at this fucking faggot
>multiplayer experience then you're grasping
that's the whole point of the game sub 80iq monkey
now back to sucking jewbans cock, false flagging "piratechad"
city skylines with no DLC?
Worthless, and I think steam already gave that out for free a long time ago
>just cause 4
did the game really flop THAT hard?
was seeing it was being give away for "free" on psplus as well
So are you saying that communism provides us with free games?
It doesn't matter. What I said is completely true. You've been able to pirate the game for years and there are ways to play it multiplayer. Your bullshit point is completely nullified. You're waiting around for years for a chance to play a game for free instead of just pirating it like everybody else. You're fucking retarded if you think this is somehow better.
I can't generate free gog currency like I can on steam tho.
Cities Skylines is pretty based, I don't care about shitty fake list.
This is the fake list
>pirating is the same as free
I come to your house. I pirate your computer that your mom bought for you with the money she earned from working. I now enjoy entertaining my self with your computer, and your mom received no compensation for providing me with this entertainment.
That's called stealing. It is degenerate, subhuman, uncivil, and immoral behavior. The only thing more degenerate is trying to justify such behavior.
EGS properly compensates the developer for the free giveaway. Everyone walks away happy.
they need to do it
So since Tim paid the devs then I can pirate all the games they give away without any issues.
Thanks for the free copy, Based Tim!
I don't know what fake list you all are talking about but here is the actual list of free games given away by Epic Games Store over the last couple of years.
You're splitting hairs. What Epic does is not your concern. If you think you're going to stop anyone from pirating for moral reasons you're dumber than I thought.
You're bragging about getting games for free, and piracy is better at doing that. You're not bragging about giving developers money because it's not your right to brag about it; you're not the one doing it.
In short: suck my short dick.
>imma pirate a game
>that I can get legit through a free giveaway
>Everyone walks away happy.
Randy didn't. :)
desperation?
>I pirate your computer
Awesome, I hope you share your replicator tech with humanity someday. I will continue using the computer my mom bought me because you "pirated it" so I still retain my original copy whil you can also enjoy your replicated copy. We both win while intel cucks are seething and begin to dial 8.
>I think steam already gave that out for free a long time ago
Wasn't that earlier this year during the first lockdown?
You own a pirated game forever. You don't own anything given to you by Epic. You need to ask them permission before playing anything (by logging in) which requires you to be online. You need to install their spyware to play anything. You need to give them your information to play anything. No matter how you slice it, the things you're sacrificing in return for access to free games is more costly to you than simply pirating.
NOOOOOOOOOO!!! I wanted MGSV :(
Eh it's just the base game, better to just pirate the full game. Last week they had PoE and Tyranny doe, which I can see myself play so yeah a toast to Tim
EGS is trying so hard to make a stronghold in the PC gaming distribution market but it's got three serious problems facing it:
1. It isn't willing to settle for being a competitor, it wants to outright crush Steam
2. Their entire model seems based on throwing money around until they succeed. That doesn't really work in the long run (if you want a non-video game example look at the story of WCW, that company folded almost immediately after the blank checks from Ted Turner dried up) and just from experience the majority of the people I see defending EGS freely admit they don't spend a dime on the service and only have an account for the free titles.
3. Related to 2, they aren't really putting in the effort to better the service. They're pretty much coasting solely on name recognition, big checks to sign deals, and the 12% fee that doesn't and frankly shouldn't matter to the consumer side of the service.
I honestly wonder what it's gonna be like when Fortnite stops being a money printer. It's long past the point where I'd call it just a fad, but every big game slows down sooner or later. I know Epic has a lot more going on than just that one game but if they want to stay in business they can't just keep throwing money around like it's going out of style.
A toast for Uncle Tim
No, that would be the Steamcels on damage control ITT.
