"Yes", after beating the game. But it's not entirely the same as the saturn version. Most of the clock-dependent effects (ie the only reason Christmas NiGHTS existed) don't work, and Sonic into Dreams and NiGHTS vs. Reala are missing.

PE goes through that day during a single chapter, all the rest of the story takes place in the following days without any relation to christmas anymore
