Fuck off with your retarded soul meme.

Wall-off the terrace and turn it into a living room

Probably the best starter house.

Sims 1 captured the nature of late 90’s early 2000’s Americans really great. I wish we could get an HD remake of Sims 1 with the mechanics of Sims 4 but without any of the Microtransaction Star Wars bullshit

I need your help gamers

I played sims 1 and liked it, then sims 2 and loved it especially the bussiness building mechanic, pets, college, aspirations and stuff.

Should I play sims 3 or replay sims 2? Is sims 3 with it's expansions as good as Sims 2 with expansions?

Sims 3 with all expansions is better than Sims 2 with all expansions but it requires a beefy computer

I only remember the games vaguely after like 6 years of not playing them...

Do you canoe?

Sims 3 with all the expansions can overwhelm you with the amount of things they give it to you, I'll suggest you to add expansions as you play the game

this

I listen to the OST every night to fall asleep. Jerry Martin's work is pure kino and he's one of the best video games composer.

>it requires a beefy computer
>2006 game
What was beefy in 2006 is average or worse nowadays

you are underestimating how awful Sims 3 was coded.

The truth is that a beefy computer helps, but it doesn't really work quite right no matter what you do or run it on, especially with all expansions.

Are you sure? I heard Sims 3 removed tons of shit like Aspirations and animations, it's streamlined or something

Sims 3 is pretty wonky right out of the box, once you start throwing addons at it things get worse

Nigga it's broken, you need to clear out cache manually frequently or it's stutter city.

where the fuck are the houses of the original neighborhood?
Sims 3 eats ram like crazy because all of the Addons add so much stuff and because the map has no loading screens

Makin Magic was kino

Is the Sims 4 with all DLC the best Sims experience today?

yeah it's not recommended to get all addons because the game will straight up break

Yeah coupled with the sex mod.

I downloaded Sims 3 a few weeks back and it ran like such dogshit, even with all the upgrades my computer has had since last playing. I'm just playing Sims 4 with all the expansions instead. Runs a lot better and with all the xpacks, it's not really lacking anything that I'd otherwise miss

Absolutely sure, Sims 2 is a caveman game compared to what you can do in Sims 3.

I distinctly remember sitting in front of this loading screen for 4-5+ minutes waiting for the game to load all the expansions on my terrible computer while listening to this. Good times.

What the fuck is Will Wright up to anyway? I never heard of him again after Spore.

wish I could play the original again but I don't trust some of these abandonware sites

I wish there was a PC port of Bustin Out my favorite Sims game. It was pretty much The Sims but with better graphics.

Sims 3 with all expansions is better than Sims 2 with all expansion AND Sims 4 with all current expansions

is there any class on "not listening to suits who want to ruin your fucking game by making it appeal to literal children"?

I used to burn CDs with the expansions to sell them in my high school. I felt like a drug dealer.

I wish there was some sort of hybrid mod that improves Sims 4's gameplay to Sims 2 & 3 levels, because I fucking love Sims 4's CaS, but the gameplay is so shallow and lifeless even with sex mods

The word represents something that is real. If you'd like, I can start referring to it as THE HEART

Underrated SOUL!

check the Internet archive.

Sims actually live in places like this and see no problem with it.

Sims 3 64-bit never ever

God this starter house hit me like a nostalgia truck

If you think about it, kids have great taste in video games. This game used to be huge in my school, almost everyone played it. I was going to say that we had things better back then, but I remembered how big Minecraft is.
If we incentivized kids to keep following the path of open-ended, creative games instead of holding cinematic, shallow action games as the games to grow up into, the industry would be in a way better place.

Create-a-world mod out for 4 yet?

This. Avoid the fantastical shit. Pets is gud. Although one time I had a neighbor who I guess kept letting their dog breed, bitch had like 10 puppies pissing and sitting everywhere, she'd sleep on the floor cause she spent all her time cleaning.
