I'm 6'1. It's amazing what people can actually live off of. I never suffer hunger, I eat 3 meals a day of 500 cals each and am completely satiated until the next. I don't exercise either because I'd probably need to eat more to do that. But my energy levels are good.

1700 calorie diet because I'm a fatty

Jan 1: 170lbs
May 1: 145lbs
1200-1400 calories, 150g protein a day with one 2100 calorie cheat day a week, and 5000-10000 steps a day and 4 hours of strength training a week.

Started dieting end of March. Did Lyle McDonald's PSMF for 10 days, lost 4-5lb of fat. Did a two day refeed and then went on a normal diet of 1800kcal for about 2.5 weeks. Lost another 3ish lb of fat. According to the navy method I went from around 16-17% bf to 12%.

Surprisingly good all things considered
>Averaging 1800cal/day and losing a pound a week
>Wednesday: 164lbs
>Binge that night and eat 4kcal total
>Thursday: 168lbs
>Not hungry most of the day, eat 700ish and work out as normal
>Today: 162lbs

Hit the plateau at 183lbs so now I'm hoping IF, ECA stack and the deficit will take me down to 175. Started at 195lb.

I'm hoping I'll be pretty ripped at 170-175 because before my bulk I was 155lb and that's what it took for abs. Was small as fuck.

No and if you’re a beginner lifter you can even build a little muscle on a cut.

that's retarded. The human body doesn't morph, it adapts. You can even gain muscle on a cut if you are a newbie and get your protein macros right. Not even starting from fatass status. Let's say you've been lifting 2+ years. You can cut and keep nearly all your muscle and strength if you cut properly.

Down 8ish lbs over the past month. Would think I’d pig out with the quarantine but staying within a budget and home cooking all my meals has made the cut pretty smooth. Only worried about being dyel when the cut is over since it’s been over a month I touched a weight and these homeworkouts are no where near intense enough

So after a lost a lot of weight (100lbs+), I decided to hit the gym to not be skinny fat. So I did 3 months on a small surplus. Then I've done the last 4 months on a cut. Once I got past the body's shock of suddenly having 1000 less calories a day, and put in more carbs as well as a carb refeed day, I was basically gaining as much or more muscle as when I was on that surplus, probably since I'm still a beginner. Since I'm a beginner and I'm past the CNS adaptation phase, I've really started seeing a lot of positive changes in body composition and physique.

From my experience weighing yourself every day seems kinda pointless. I usually just do it every Sunday morning. I'm down 22lbs in about 1.5 months.

I went from a lesser level of built fat to hungry smelly mode in about a years time trying to get my abs to show. I’m at 160ish looking like i could keel over at any moment and still no abs. Idk if it’s worth it. I don’t think I’m gonna make it bros

Good. My 12th Day now. Down from 98kg to 96,2 kg. Aimed and calculated for less (0,5 kg per Week). Will increase calories slightly if i keep losing weight to much.

Theres that and I was really lax in the gym over the past year. Judging by the strength I’ve lost I’m assuming I’ve lost muscle as well, which is on me of course
