I’m doing 36s consistently and every time I get the munchies, I take a couple of potassium tablets (99mg each). They’re like a magic pill. They just stop the cravings for some reason. Don’t know if it works for everybody but it might help when you’re on the edge.

I don't start eating until 2pm, stop at 8. I get super fucking hungry at 9 am and my energy levels dip a lot along with brain fog. Is this normal or do I need more calories during my eating window? If you want to lose weight and keep muscles, you need to do prolonged fasts with enough protein on your refeeds. Doesn't matter If you eat carbs or not. Just hit 72 hour fasts until you aren't fat

pretty sure it does. Eating more than 20g of carbs will kick you out of ketosis fully, while on protein and fats it doesn't, unless you eat too much.
