I've got pretty big calves and I never directly train them but I did cheat and was extremely fat for many years of my life

I got decent calves from doing many sports but not stretching is fucking me over, I really can't run for a long time now and I'm not very flexible. Remember to always stretch guys

i only train quads and glutes for legs because doing soccer,rugby and boxing when i was younger left me with legs that mog every other body part

I naturally have bretty big calves due to genetics. I started isoing them instead of taking them for granted and they didn't get much bigger, but I ended up having the strongest calves in the gym and it transferred to other exercises.

A little but. Calf raises 3x15 at the end of leg days if I remember. Mine look pretty average, but they're proportionate with my legs. I make sure to train them indirectly too. I do sprints once or twice a week, and I hike maybe once a week or every other week.

Genetically speaking my calves would be dog shit but due to working them my calves are the tits.

How do I get thicker ankles, tough? I get comments on how yuge my calves are frequently but since they are attached relatively high (like this guy) the lower half of my leg are pretty thin. From the front my ankles are thin as fuck comapratively.

I train mine almost everyday but low weight high rep sets, sometimes I'll just super set in some bodyweight calf raises between other lifts, maybe sets of 30, sometimes I'll do them on 1 foot or holding dumbbells. I used to do them with heavy weights but they actually ended up responding way better to low weight.

I do 3 days on and 1 or 2 days off depending on how I feel. So I work calves 5 or 6 days a week on average.
