How retarded it is to do OHP for strength and BP for hypertrophy on the same day?

So buy gym equipment? I was hoping for a more DIY solution. The band isn't a horrible idea, but if it slips off my toes, it could snap me in the face.

my shoulder hurts so fucking bad and makes this grindy popping noise every time I do anything that involves it, but I don't have health insurance since I don't have a job. i've just been lifting weights anyway since I stopped lifting for 3 months when it first started hurting and it still hurt after resting for 3 months.

Yes, all small muscle groups can be trained frequently, just moderate intensity appropriately.

Definitely. You'll want to make sure overall volume is high enough but that's just one example.

I'll post this here since there haven't been any martial arts general lately. What’s better, doing 120 sit ups or like 60 sit ups and three sets of planks for one minute each. Planks really fuck up my back, even with perfect posture

Will doing supermans exacerbate a preexisting anterior pelvic tilt or help fix it? Or neither?

I'm sedentary to the point that my back is fucked, I've got low energy levels, everything is stiff and my limbs pop and ache when I raise dumbbells over my head - how long will it take before I actually start feeling alive and energetic?

I can do 5 ring dips, I weigh 220lbs. Is it possible to estimate how much I could bench press based on that?

Try doing some stretches specifically for your shoulders. You really do need to see a doctor. If you're a neet you can probably get some insurance that is literally free. I have something called Medical that Commiefornia offers. Also there are walk in clinics that charge you like 30 bucks for a visit and you don't need insurance. Just keep in mind your choice of doctor for either method is not very good.

How much are you doing? Maybe use less weight to practice better form.

I was in the same boat from being a couch bound neet for 6 years. Took me about two months of not fapping, quitting smoking and drinking, lifting and jogging to start feeling human again and random joint pain went away except for a few areas where I've always had issues. I'm still having trouble with bad posture though. Scooby dead lifts seem to be helping a lot though since they strengthen spinal extensors. Also his rotisserie core workout helps a lot with posture. But I still have to force myself to stand up straight and flex my ass to push my pelvis forward.
