What I'm looking for is some basic guide/program I can follow. I need something really detailed that tells me what, how, how often etc. It doesn't really need to fit my conditions perfectly I just need to do something. Allthough strength exercises would be better for my bone condition than endurance.

Low bone density in a 25 year old male isn’t the end of the world but you don’t have much time to make up the difference. There is an age window for building density that varies with genetics. After the window passes you’re just fighting the decay.
If you don’t want to be moving like a senior citizen at 40 I suggest you focus on getting your lift weight up as fast as possible. Pick a power lifting routine and start with the bar. Get that bone density up, not just for gains now but for your future as a functioning adult.
