Every day I have a smoothie in the morning after my workout. It consists of:
>1 Fist Full of Spinach
>1 Fist Full of Kale
>1 Cup of Blueberries/Strawberries
>1 Cup 0% Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
>1 Scoop Vanilla Whey
Lunch is usually:
>1/3 Cup Steel Cut Oats (dry/before cooking it)
>1 Scoop Chocolate Whey
>1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
My favourite cutting dinner/weekly meal prep is Turkey Chili
>2lbs Lean Ground Turkey
>1 Large Yellow Onion
>15oz can of Kidney Beans
>15oz can of Pinto Beans
>15oz can of Black Beans
>32oz can of Crushed Tomatoes
>2-3 Bell Peppers
>3 Stalks of Celery
>2 Cups Mushrooms
>1 Large Zuccini
>1 Tbsp Chili Powder
>1 Tbsp Paprika
>1 Tbsp Ground Black Pepper
>1 Habanero Pepper
>Cayenne spice to taste (usually 1-2 tsp)
Each serving is 2 Cups and is about 450-500cal.
Every 2 weeks I cheat 1 x Dinner with sushi. I order a bento with Teryaki Chicken, Shrimp and Veggie Tempura, Salmon and Tuna Sashimi, and a specialty roll. I never eat the extra rice. Bentos come with miso soup and a green salad.
Every second week I also order a "recipe in a box" package from GoodFood or FreshFood (similar to Blue Apron) and curate my order to be pork, fish, and chicken meals. No pasta or vegetarian meals. 4 recipes, 2 servings each. Helps mix things up a bit. I either have 1 x serving each dinner, or have leftovers for lunch.
Damn, that's not rice? Is that quinoa?
The all purpose casserole recipe
-- Brown your meat (about 500g) in a fry-pan, then add to slow cooker
-- saute chopped onion and crushed garlic in the fat and oil left over, add to slow cooker
-- add a can of chopped tomatoes and some bouillon powder to the pan, bring to the boil, add to slow cooker to cover the whole lot.
Cook 4-6 hours, makes 2-3 servings.
If you want curry-style, add ginger, cumin and such at the onion and garlic stage, maybe some chopped chili.
If you want sweet and sour, add some soft brown sugar and vinegar at the tomato stage.
If you want Euro style, add a ton of herbs at the tomato stage
If you want more carbs, add a can of chickpeas/kidney beans/butter beans at the tomato stage (like this I usually get 3 meals out of one burst of cooking).
just eat veggies and meat. why is that hard? grains are not good

Any chicken recipes that don't require me to rub my hands all over the salmonella infested chicken breasts in order to then let it sit in my fridge for a few hours next to all my other food?

I skip mostly skip the rice powder because I don't have any chink stores around me so I have to make it myself and it makes a mess but other than that I normally make it with 1,5kg och chicken at a time and make 6 portions with 250g minced chicken. Without rice it's normally like 300kcal, 45-50g protein
