can any Zig Forumsizens here perform this workout successfully without passing out?

Yeah bro, it should take around a year or 2 of training thought. After a while you can do these same reps infinitely, at that point you should probably add weight thought.
fucking boot, get that marine shit outta here
That's a great workout style if you have to work your ass off like a soldier all the time.
If he had fixed work hours, abundant calories and sleep, and didn't do things that excess muscle hinders due to high oxygen requirements, he would probably lower the reps and increase the resistance and get bigger and stronger like I'll continue to do.
(Yes I will regret this if I have to fight people because of a civilization collapse.)
with proper training it is possible. This guy's a legend, doesn't care about looking good like fitness models (as you have said he does). What is important is preformance and how well you can execute a workout. forget all of this big ass and chest rubbish
i want him to squat like that on my face
from the bottom of my heart, thanks
I've been looking for an answer to "how can I exponentially get stronger, faster and more resilient without getting too big" all this time. I can finally exercise daily without worries that I'll enter beefy realm someday

COPE
Why does he do the fists to stomach gesture before going down on a push up? Is this something US Infantry soldiers do?
Just curious
body hardening
oh, I thought it was an empowering/motivational gesture
interesting, elaborate
its more of a thing that prisoners do to mimic the action of being hit in the stomach. Strengthens the core.
>pretend to be different from the ig models ,
>unironically describe himself lethal because he can do 1500 push ups
i yiked really hard
i tried to see what else this faggot had in store for us
case in point gaz out at .. 4 muscles ups, even with rest between attempts
damn this really made me realize the power of doing a billion push ups
Hes on deployment to the middle east while you're stuck at home because of a chinese whooping cough, just sayin.
wow he's risking getting his legs and cock blown up while living in shitty conditions while I chilling at home ? dude i just got BTFO, let me get some ice cream
heres the thing
pushups are a great exercise but if you actually do 1500 pushups a day multiple times a week it wont take long for your wrist to get fucked up beyond repair and its not fun
Bootlicker
You're welcome, twink.
Soldiers have been known to be lethal at times.
Is he /our guy/? he doesn't really seem that bright maybe a legit 85iq but he seems like a very nice and cool guy and I grew pretty fond of him; anyway dude is a beast just watch his 500 navy seals video
No way you get legs that big from just burpees.
I thought a burpee included a jump?
>aesthetic
OP you're delusional. His arms are tiny he is rocking the low body fat, low muscle mass combo not the aesthetics combo of low body fat, medium-high muscle mass. Are you fat or auschwitz mode?
he does squat jumps and other exercises for legs at high reps
>Instagram booty bad
>nobody bothers me here

What is the principle behind this type of training? Massive volume, low intensity, never training close to failure?
this type of training doesn't do anything for muscle or strength
Its to build endurance.
mu guess is endurance is more important for a modern soldier than brief bursts of strength.
