For today's dish, we have a wonderfully flaky and delicious Garlic Butter Salmon!
This took about 20 minutes to make in total! Definitely a fan favorite over here.
With something this quick and simple, you can't really go wrong!

Okay~ So for the ingredients:
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 6 oz salmon fillets
- 6 tbsp melted butter, unsalted
- 1 tbsp light brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp rosemary
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, halved and divided.
Pretty simple stuff, Anonymous!

I love this character OP! Are you thinking of making a youtube channel? I think this kind of stuff would gather a niche and loyal following. Of course, starting on youtube is extremely difficult so I can understand if not.

I'm n-not really looking for a following, though I do have a YT to back my Twitch.

In this step we are going to take the minced garlic and rub that into the salmon.
Don't rub it too hard or you'll ruin the fish.
I used quite a bit of garlic because I really like the taste of it.

In a small bowl, mix up the brown sugar and the butter!
I actually didn't need nearly as much butter as I melted because I'm only making two fillets.
Oh well! At least they came out good!

Season the fish liberally with salt and pepper!
I used a little less salt because I had used salted butter.
I also added a little too much pepper. Whoops!

Bake that fish at 400F for 15 minutes and it should come out wonderfully flaky and delicious!
Salmon is done when the internal temp is 145F.
Salmon should also flake easily when it's done!
