It becomes hard to take passion in anything if it doesn't bring any joy (eg. brain not producing dopamine appropriately). This fuels further social withdrawal and awkwardness. It's a positive feedback loop.
The body is not immune to changes in its environment. The lack of social stimuli and can lead to the degradation of the individual. The longer those changes go unaddressed, the worse the individual can become.

Well. I am kinda an incel. I am in my early 20's and I just have not put much effort into relationships. Honestly, mainly because I have been too busy with my work and school and hobbies.
