I know people tend to be absurdly critical of the most minor imperfections when it comes to teeth, so I get being insecure about those. If they're particularly bad, like pic related or worse, then getting them fixed is probably worth it for your confidence. Depending on your age and where you live, insurance might cover the bulk of it. It's not a death sentence if they're just a little or uneven or poking out a bit. Owning your imperfections is more attractive than looking perfect.

You should buy eyebrow tint off amazon, it's extremely simple and not costly to do yourself. It lasts for a couple weeks. Buy some clothes from forever 21 until you can afford a ton of variations of nicer clothes. They have good basics for starting a clean and put together look. Skincare wise you don't need anything fancy, just something that works. Pay attention to ingredients and know less is more. Cerave skincare is great and easy to get into and very cheap and accessible. Hair wise, I have found that deep conditioning once a week and using less shampoo along with only washing my hair every 3 days has made the quality of my hair a lot nicer, and my hair is pretty much fried from bleach. I like the brand OGX and use their entire coconut miracle oil line. I hope this helped some. I recently learned "real" hygiene and self care practices and it makes me more confident.

Okay, I'm a guy here and I'll level with you and give you some honest advice.
#1. DON'T BE FAT
It sounds like you're a healthy weight, since you didn't mention that. If you're slender, that's awesome. Be active, either exercise, jog, cycle, swim, play sports, etc. ... stay in good shape. Eat healthy (fruits/vegetables/nuts/grains) and avoid processed sugar, empty carbs, processed meat, etc. ...don't drink too much and don't smoke. Get enough sleep. Drink enough water.
IF YOU DO THESE THINGS YOU ARE BETTER THAN 80-90% OF GIRLS ALREADY, REGARDLESS OF HOW PRETTY THEY ARE.

#2. DON'T WEAR MAKE-UP
I know this may sound CRAZY to you, but I find make-up a real turn-off. Most guys I have talked to are the same. They tolerate it, but it's just weird, and it doesn't actually make you look better. Imagine kissing a guy but he has some weird sticky paint all over his face that he has to put other chemicals on to be able to run off. Yeah, doesn't sound attractive, does it? Make-up is almost like trying to deceive someone and not showing your true self to them. It looks fake, plastic, and cheap. Not cool.
Cool girls don't wear make-up.

#3 TAKE CARE OF YOUR HAIR
Don't dye it; your natural colour is beautiful.
Long hair is sexy, if you can manage it. Ponytails turn a lot of guys on as well so you don't even have to do much with it. Short hair that's alright too, a lot of guys dig that. Just do NOT go for the 'butch' haircuts it seems too many girls have now that make them look like a lesbian. Style your hair reasonably nicely; it doesn't have to be anything really fancy either, just do something you can replicate that you are also confident about yourself in.

#4 WEAR NICE, ATTRACTIVE CLOTHING
This can honestly be anything depending on the occasion. Us guys could care less about fashion for the most part. Just no 'frumpy' clothes that hide who you are. No giant hoodies or sweatpants; that belies a lack of confidence. Showing a little skin is nice fanservice, too.
