I don't think they contain sugar. They have tramadol, 100mg per pill. I got these left over from surgery and I have been eating them occasionally to feel warm and happy. The best part is how they last for over 12 hours.

Guess happy warm pill isn't very informative but it describes these very well in my opinion. Feels like a warm hug. Sad thing is with my current phase of 2 per week I will run out of these in 6 weeks. In other hand maybe it is good so theres no risk to actually start taking these daily and getting addicted.
Happy warm pills should be consumed in a responsible way!

tramadol was my drug of choice for so long. it feels so fucking good. it was the opioid that got me into opioids. i remember 200 mg of instant release would have me on cloud 9 almost all day after it kicked. nothing but the fondest memories of trams. then they became impossible to find here as well as every other prescription opioid. so it was either heroin cut with fent, kratom, or subs/methadone. went with kratom but i take more of it than you would believe daily. fucking opioids man nothing feels better

I have nothing to compare this feeling to because I barely ever do drugs, but I agree. These feel like a warm hug that never ends. These are the slow releasing type I think so it lasts untill the evening.
I can totally see myself or anyone getting addicted to this feeling so thats why its kinda good I only have 10 of them left and then its over, even tho the feeling is this lovely.

like manic delirium. hearing and seeing shit that isnt there and trying to figure out whats real. it can be scary, the worst ive ever had it was my first time doing meth and i heard the vents of the cheap motel we were staying in talking and singing to me like demons. i just kept my cool,
popped some ativan and forced myself to sleep.

well i guess i wouldnt call it a psychotic break but it had me looking behind me back thinking my friend is met from 420chan to do meth with was going to rape me. but i did like .2 my first line and kept going til i had done like .7 or so, and it took me a week to come down. was totally psychotic for a few days and not to mention all the booze and benzos in that binge. god knows all the shit i did, but i apparently started at a friend while blacked out and methed out. do not remember it at all.

god damn do i love thenego inflation of stims. MPH lacks the urge to fap that amphetamine has though, which is my favorite thing to do stimmed. at least im not damaging my dopamine receptors to even close to the same extent as i was when i was heavy into amphetamine and porn. i used to do 100s of mg of speed and jerk off for 24+ hours half of every month for years. what a shit cycle
