I think you can kind of invert the situation if you change the goal from sex to love. Males (on this board) speak in a way that implies the goal of their life is to have sex, whether it be once or regularly throughout their life. If that's the case then yeah, it definitely is harder for men to get that, but it's not the same end goal for women.
Women are sexual beings too but I would say that most of them, especially past a certain age, just want to be loved monogamously and passionately. The main reason this post is unrealistic to me is because the OP uses language like "breeding," when this isn't directly what most young women are after. I propose that the real female parallel to the incel would actually be the girls who sleep around into their late 20s and still cry about how they can't lock down a long term partner because "all men are trash." Sex isn't hard to attain for women but monogamy is, especially when modern women are obsessed with this "liberated, sex-positive, he needs to love me for ME" ideology they all parrot to one another.
