>tfw still a filthy vegetarian because eggs are extremely convenient
I use to be a vegan until I saw how much of a faggot the vegan guy is. Made me realise vegan = low t and high gay
remember to tell every person about it so they know it advance in case something uncool to your vegan psychology happens
>turning me vegan
vegetarian is healthier and easier
enjoy your malnutrition and unnatrual diet retard
just eat vegan whenever you can switch to vegetarian if there's no other way. Do all you want.
>NOOO YOU CANT JUST STEAL THE EGGS OF THE CHICKENERINOS
sure i can. its easy! chickens are dumb as fuck!
In short, this is another half-witted bait thread that should be on Zig Forums. Remember to report, ignore, and sage this thread.
You are a part of the problem if you do otherwise.
>kill the damn robot
Try boca nuggets if you're serious, way better than morningstar
Or buy textured vegetable protein (defatted so y) and make your own with spices of your choosing
It's cheaper that way
I've made a good taco meat substitute that I eat regularly, haven't experimented with pressing it into shapes yet
r9k's very own vegan autist here
you should be careful who you thank, because i ~might~ screenshot your post and use it as evidence against every single meat eater telling me that no one cares or ever cared

>vegans crave meat so much that they have to buy overpriced hyper-processed soi substitutes to feel even a fraction of what real meat tastes like
at this point just do yourself a favor and go back to a normal diet
No, I ate lots of plants as a omnivore too.
Medi and DASH diets are healthier. And if you care about animal abuse just buy local and work at an animal shelter
Nah TVP is, as far as I know, cheaper and easier to handle than meat. Also it keeps well (it's dry and you rehydrate it), it's versatile and it's safer in terms of foodborne illnesses.
Everyone has protein cravings, but you can control where you get it from.
>vegans crave meat so much that they have to buy overpriced hyper-processed soi substitutes to feel even a fraction of what real meat tastes like
first of all, no one EVER said meat doesnt taste good. i can GUARANTEE you that vegans think meat and dairy taste good. i think getting 45$ worth of burger king at 2am in the morning and watching starcraft esports is exceptionally fun. i can tell you i ADORE the taste of popeyes fried chicken, of pizza, and of a good hamburger
but just because it tastes good, doesnt mean its healthy for you or is moral. rape and killing people you dont like also feel great, but are morally abhorant
also meat causes heart disease, diabetes, obesity, certain cancers like colon or prostate cancers, and clogged arteries due to dietary cholesterol
fun fact; in my on anecdotal experience, after i went vegan, i stopped getting back pain. i found it weird, but i kinda forgot about it. then years later, i learned that dietary cholesterol can clog up arteries in your spinal column. blood LITERALLY goes to every part of your body, including your spine, and cholesterol can clog those, which can cause back pain
heres scientific evidence for my claims!

Vegetables taste like shit, vegans and vegetarians are pussies
The fact that every time protein is brought up it's always a supplement
also insect colorings and flavorings are in almost everything lol
>The fact that every time protein is brought up it's always a supplement
or you can just eat lentils, beans, chickpeas, tofu, hummus, nuts and seeds for protein, like other whole food plant based vegans. you dont need to supplement protein. protein is one of the easiest things to get IMO. i just eat split pea soup everyday
its cheap as well. heres vegan gains showing just how cheap a vegan diet can be!
Who would've thunk that the food item with the highest fiber and lowest calorie content would be negatively correlated with diabetes? Real genius here.
Just don't eat like a retard. I need my protein and my gains and your nuts and berries don't have all the amino acids I need without getting it all from whey, which is an animal product anyway. Continue being a malnourished twig and spending hours a day in an echo chamber posting your youtube links.

fuck off retard
>vegans and vegetarians are pussies
>I went to walmart and bought a chicken lol im so manly
Enjoy your fatigue and brain fog.
>split pea soup
>only 8g of protein a serving
>it's from a plant so it's incomplete
This. Plants don't have complete proteins. Protein is just a blanket term for amino acid which only meat and some other sources like whey have all of. As a vegan you need to carefully balance all of the essential amino acids through multiple sources not just eat pea soup like an uneducated faggot.
>lentils, beans, chickpeas, tofu, hummus
all disgusting in taste and texture
>ad hom character attack scare tactics designed to prey on the fear of the viewer instead of addressing the vegan philosophical or health arguments
>cherry picking nutrient deficient frutarians and conveniently ignoring all the healthy vegans who can lift more than you or are in good shape
the people who watch this and believe it are MORONS. there isnt any study which shows that vegans all end up as skiny skeletons
most of those people in those videos are frutarians. now frutarianism ACTUALLY IS a deficient diet, and no one should be on it. but not all vegan diets are frutarian diets. the best diet is a Whole Food Plant Based diet (WFPB), which has whole grains, beans, lentils, seeds, nuts, fruits and vegetables. condiments are permissible because they make the food much tastier
attack veganism on its health arguments or its philosophical moral arguments, dont just attack the fucking character of the people who are vegans. theres tons of vegans who look better than you and lift more than you

>noooo you can't just eat meat! you can't just be a carnivore! not the herberinos!
Depends on how you cook them
Tofu you can do basically anything with, including changing its texture, so if you're making tofu and it doesn't taste good that's on you. Personally I like the way it tastes uncooked.
You're always going to be dependent on spices to make vegan protein sources more palatable but once you get a hang of it it's not difficult.
>Raw
gross
>Cooked
gross
oh, i BEG to differ. i literally for the past 1.5 years ate soup basically everyday. soup is my all time favorite food, its literally the perfect meal, and its dirt cheap and easy as fuck to make, pic related. it honestly tastes delicious, i can literally eat soup everyday, and i literally have
maybe you're not as big of a soup autist as i am, so just find some meals that work for you
>only 8g of protein a serving
lentils and green split peas has 26 g protein per 100 dried grams . i use 250 to 300 dried grams a day, and i add in grains and sometimes tofu if i feel cheeky. i dont know if thats a lot or a little, but i dont think thats a insignificant amount
>it's from a plant so it's incomplete
please show me the scientific evidence that proves that this is true. its a popular belief, but in reality its literally not true. heres evidence for my claims!
