every city that has gotten a larger black community has gone in decline, every school that has gotten more black students drop in the overall scoring. this isnt just a "poor socio-economics" situation (which indeed is a real variable), but clearly is caused by a much larger issue that is the actions individuals in these communities takes.

Honestly, this is similar to my assessment of the current situation of blacks. However, I get annoyed by blacks that talk about how it should be other races that changes their perception and this notion of a slow change over time.

Growing up, you're always taught to do things for yourselves, be a go-getter, make the change you want to see, support others, etc. Yet when it comes to the topic of improving the black race, too many of them take the approach of complaining with no action. Sitting there expecting things to be done. They're going to have the same racism talks for the next 100 years at this rate with no change.

All they do is talk. They're all talk. "We need to support black businesses" without changing any of their patterns. They continue to give attention to the worst celebrities and place them as role models, or find role models in select areas, many of which are rarely accademically related. Many black cultures needs a change to what is idolised within them. They need an injection of respect.

They can effectively amass power if they acted as a collective, but then again, one might say why should a black person bother. Someone from another race doesn't have to "mobilise their people", so why should they care so much about other blacks because they have the same skin. It's an unfortunate predicament indeed.
