This car has a shit ton of miles and is bound to have maintenance issues months down the line.
Preferably, get a car with less than 100,000 miles and good AC. Toyotas will probably be your best bet as they are the cheapest to maintain and repair.

Even if it were driven that little, im pretty sure its recommended to warm up and run cars that remain parked for long periods of time. Shit just starts degrading faster if not driven, belts, bearings, fluids, etc.

The mileometer probably has been tampered with and it probably has over 100k real miles which should be on the clock. The car should only be worth half that price and will explode in a couple of months.
If the clock is true, then this car has been stood still for years or barely driven. If this were a car from 2005 with that many miles then it was probably owned by an old lady and we'll looked after and a great buy. 1990 is a long time for a car to be sitting around not driving. There's probably something wrong it.

I learned my lesson on second hand cars. Never again, I'll save up for the cheapest class off cars off the lot or maybe ones that have just rolled off to beat that initial price inflation. Just not worrying about repairs and having a warranty is the best feeling in the world.

This generation of the camry is known for having tons of them on the road still with absurd mileage, if you don't mind an old car this is fine. When you've only got around 1000 and you cant wait to save up, then assuming its been taken care which is already likely given mileage, this is a good option.
