I started fin about 4 months ago, it's still getting thinner it seems.

fin doesn't regrow receded hairlines or bald spots. It can only thicken hair in areas that haven't balded yet.
Also the problem with fin is once you take it for a few months your body gets used to it, so you need to take it everyday for the rest of your life or you will lose ALL your hair very quickly due to the shock it has on your body when you stop taking it.
You should have just done nofap and dermarolling. That's what I did and it worked extremely well
