first of all whoever posted my twitter ur very based and second you got it all wrong besides the angle lighting and caloric deficit tho im working on fixing that. I do lift just that i literally just started recently tho. Well i lifted for about like 2 months and had to stop cuz covid. I do no cardio (in fact i avoid cuz high metabolism) and am working on gaining rn by just eating more in general. This is an angle abuse/lighting pic i took right after my first day of coming back which was yesterday. Nothing to see here tho my body isnt impressive yet its just got a good outline . If any of you care i mainly do weight lifting with low reps and increasing weights per cycle and target 1-2 muscles (4-5 exercises for each except back and legs i do more for those) . I just started learning about fitness n stuff tho working on gaining wieght rn
