When I see that people need to specify their pronouns in this day and age when technology is advancing faster then we can imagine we have to cry that a stranger called us by a wrong pronoun. And every time I say something similar to this I am the homophob/sexist. If they want to normalize this then shouldn't they just stop talking about it like its something special? They are contradicting themselves saying that they want equality when they actually want to feel superior

I think it's weird how transgenders claim to be man/woman but then also claim to be a specific minority of people known as trans or LGBTQIA+ (ya). If they can't hear you. Then they aren't really policing you. However, not using their preferred pronouns when they don't around show that you lack respect for them as people. Hypothetically speaking let's say we are friends and I'm trans and I prefer them/they. It wouldn't be very friendly of you to prefer me as she/her when I wasn't around.
