Are you able to exercise and eat well? Those two can help a lot, and are fairly cheap. Meditation / mindfulness seems to work for some people. Depends what you're escaping from

It is what it is, yah know? I do t eat as healthy as I'd like but I eat enough. Sleep tho . . . I either dont sleep for days or I'm konked out for 18 hours with some slight variations in between.
