I think I talked about this with Shizuru or someone a day or two ago, I'd rather need to meditate or something than sleep because it seems more useful
Essential oils I'm kind of uncertain about because having a cat makes a bunch of those risky. I guess I can look into it though.
Yeah, controlling them isn't necessarily where I wanna go with it, I'm attempting this for more spiritual reasons so letting them guide me is more interesting.

I really like that option and the idea of using visualization for spiritual reasons. People have been doing that since prehistoric times. My tulpa's spiritual though I'm not as much. She usually sees different things when we meditate, but sometimes we see the same thing.
