I'm pretty stout. Wont post a pic of myself here for obvious purposes but I was competition ready a few years back.

you dress like a crab and grab your opponent's nuts with your claw and you just never let go

Nice try Elias ;p

In pro wrasslin???

Is this nigga jokin?

Nigga are you joshin???

Cuz shit, you wouldn’t last a night as a ring boi you ho ass lookin like mook

The Raving Faggot.

I went to school with a guy called Drew Galloway, he used to do shity wrestling shows etc at school and the surrounding area. Wanted to be a wrestler.. Fast forward a few years and he had made it, he was on the WWE fighting under the name Drew McIntyre...

Best of luck, anything can happen.

/asp/ might have better resources

Do you have a signature move yet? You could go by:
Big band
Albino paradise parade
Lucifer's playlist
Raging asian (only works if you're asian)
New England Cruise Control

Sally

I do and it's a variation of the northern lights suplex. I also use a corkscrew diving headbutt as a signature.

Abanda Borealis (adora borealis works too if you think you might be cute enough on stage)
Rolling thunder
Bazooka Flute

call yourself Elias and hit people with a guitar

>>corkscrew diving headbutt

So apparently you want brain damage and to Benoti your family huh?

First bit of advice is never do a diving headbutt. Next bit is never work for Vince when there are now like like 5 viable companies to work for with AEW ROH NWA MLW and Impact (In order of stability)

I refuse to. Also I haven't had any problems yet with it. The corkscrew allows me to sell it in a way that also protects my head which is why I chose that style. Flashy but much more safe

Yeah Vince is a no go assuming OP makes it that far. But also NJPW also should be something you should think well and hard about, they might be worse than mcmahon but incredible for promotional purposes.

Ok heres the thing if you want to make it wrestling its not about how much you can spin while doing a move headfirst that may kill you its going to be about connecting to the people in the audience. You need to be able to read the fan reaction in relation to you and the storyline while reacting accordingly. Look at Hogan back in the day getting shit on for his 5 moves of doom but look at how he could by just looking at the audience at the right time and cocking his hand back before hitting a heel or the Rock raising an eyebrow and getting cheered.

Have you heard of a guy named Orange Cassidy in AEW? Hes been going around the Indys for years doing all the flips Canadian Destroyers and suicide dives and getting nowhere. He creates his lazy slacker comedy mid-carder slacker character and in fairly short order goes from joke matches in backyards to a proven fan favorite in AEW. While he could still break out any great shit the guy can give a lazy thumbs up and get cheered even more and his bones are going to thank him when hes 40 and still able to wrestle

The WWE likes to grab young talent for the performance center just so they dont end up anywhere else then make them spend years doing roll drills and shitty promo classes with no real crowds to give them actual promo skill or ability to read the fans. its fucking crippling to new wrestlers even more than the Newspeak about the Local Medical facilities/Universe/Sports entertainment shit and cult mentality

Man that was very insightful. How long have you been in the business or are you just an avid fan?

Dude there is a board for wrestling try it there.

You wanna be a baby face or a heel? Honestly, bad boys go farther in wrestling. Just rip off ric flair. Be an unabashed, misogynistic asshole.

Honestly crazy thing is I've been on this site since like 2010 and I only just noticed that. I've always bounced between /b and /gif

That I'm unsure of. Probably heel or antiheel.

If you wanna improve your wrestling, go get involved in theatre, in particular, musical theatre. A lot of what you'll learn in theatre applies in wrestling. Voice projection, how to face the audience etc.

Long term, don't be dumb. Protect your body, and most importantly, your head. Cet is no joke. Avoid getting your bell rung.

Good news for you. I actually have been doing musical theater for years. I was Jack kelly in newsies a few years ago

Troublecleff

imagine stealing jeff jarrets gimmick

>never work for Vince when there are now like like 5 viable companies to work for with AEW ROH NWA MLW and Impact

fuck off you stupid smark, working for wwe is making it to the top of the wrestling business

imagine telling an aspiring pro footballer to never work for the nfl lmao that's what you're doing but you don't know anything about real psorts do you? and no, aew doesn't count.

>>Rich connected guy has his daddy book him as the champ over and over despite not drawing

If Trips can do it so can Elias

Why not go to /asp/ for this?

triple h can wrestle tho

Well shit man, that's some good news.

Yeah if you want to spend the next two years doing rolls in the PC then jobbing for 3 in NXT then the next decade as Apollo Crews until you are old broken down and still havent learned how to work a crowd do a promo that isnt scripted and do anything but the 7 moves you are allowed then great enjoy your 50K a year mark contract

First you will have to join a school, there is plenty out there, there is no way you will get your foot in the door literally without being in one, as most of the schools have ties with many organisations.

You will have to work your way up lower "divisions" this isn't a bad thing, this is for you to shine to show charisma, ability to quickly learn and adapt and your work ethic. If you are consistent you will probably be scouted and then go into a route of going to the next tier of well known brands and may be introduced to the top tier brands thru some sort of reality show or gimmick.

Keep your head down, learn, don't talk back, take criticism, don't do stupid shit in real life and love the sport and you will do well in a few years.

yeah he should break his body in bingo halls for travel money lol stfu you clueless half wit

Do give me that Cornette shit. you either learn the WWE style so you can be fed to one of the three guys a decade they push or you can actually learn how to be a pro wrestler and if you arent complete trash you can now make a living due to smaller promotions coming up as WWE has lost 3/4ths of its audience
