Why do liberals hate America?

Patriotism is often reduced to mere virtual signalling and praise. People who don't jump when cued or are critical in any way are often seen as unpatriotic. Every country needs tough love, just as every child does not to turn out like a narcissistic brat who can't take responsibility for bad behaviour, only praise.

You probably think anti-conservative = anti-American but it works the other way too. You reject liberals values and are critical of them but you can't divorce them from what America actually is without being idealistic.
