Yeah I only ate like a few hours ago so I’m pretty hungry right now actually once they kick in if it eat will it ruin it ?

Anybody here experienced with lemon tek? My first shrooms trip i used it with like 4g. Its was the most vivid and horrifying experience I've ever had. Did i overdo it for a first time? I've done acid plenty and never did i live a waking nightmare like with shrooms.

My first time I ate the shrooms with a sugar cookie to cancel out the shit taste. For me once they kicked in my body kind of forgot about being hungry. I was at the beach laying on a deck looking at the stars.

Yo do a couple of things:

Have water around and drink it regularly. Doing shrooms tends to dehydrate you without you even realizing so have a pitcher of water ready.

Have a chill playlist ready and in general dont try to think about negative things. Try nad do things you enjoy and try not to be anxious because the shrooms will only amplify that.

You're probably gonna feel a very good body high so look forward to that. Also see if you can write about the experience so you can read it later. In general just be very chill and be fascinated by what youre seeing instead of anxious because you're scared of whats happening.

Most importantly: KEEP TRACK OF TIME. In case you go into a dark place and are overwhelmed by losing track of reality, knowing what time you started and what time it currently is can keep you grounded bc you'll know how long is left in the trip. Have fun man

Either way, it depends on how adventurous you are. I myself love getting out into the world when I'm high on weed/acid/shrooms, but I'm a pretty calm person and don't geek easily.

Some of the advice in here is spot on if you're worried about that. Get some water, play some good tunes, make sure you know what time it is.

your dose is low enough you might not get any visuals except closed eye visuals, sitting in the dark with good music is a blast

Try thinking about something and seeing if the image comes to life in your mind. If your eyes are closed its generally much more pronounced. For example, think of something random. I remember thinking of patrick star in the middle of a wheat field during a sunset and I could see that ridiculous image in vibrant colours.

Also look at patterns and see if they move. If you have a ceiling that has little dots or creases (not smooth) , look at it and see if it moves and makes patterns.
