Do orcs qualify as a beast race? They certainly aren't elves, despite what they claim

I agree as far as argonians are concerned. Already just born hist slaves anyway. And if the Hist actually cared they wouldn't be slaves to other races too.

Arguably. I'd say they're elf-like at this point more than actual elves. Like a weird in between of beast race and elves. Whether they used to be elves or just ended up sharing qualities with them by other means is anyones guess
