I have these areas on two spots beneath my feet, the area shown in the picture, and in the sides on two of my toes

The thing is those areas itch sometimes and they hurt when I step (the ones beneath my feet) or get in contact with anything

They appeared for no reason and I have no clue what's going on

Atm I am jobless, I usually wear socks in winter inhouse (did this all my life, never had this to appear in my feet), I use Nike shoes, but never when I am inside.

Sugar intake I'd say is ok? I don't excess myself.

My health is generally ok, that's why this thing appearing outta nowhere is bugging me

Nah I've had cellulitis a few times, once in my foot, the skin swelled, went red and was sore and warm to the touch, didn't have any bruises or scabs

My feet are somewhat sweaty, but with my current cold weather they don't sweat that much

This has never happened to me before that's why I am concerned

i thought it was a circulation issue at first.. I was raising my feet.. Hot and itchy.. and then the marks started to appear.. In my case was chemical in chinese slippers.. Just went away.. when i removed the problem..
