you don't have to work. you can live off your own land and survive for yourself at any time.

Yeah, the homeless. That's why they're homeless.

If you can't handle working, you probably wouldn't do well in a hunter gatherer society either. Unless you are one of those who believe that the government should take care of everyone and all their needs.

Shouldn't is too hard a question. But I don't want to work. I hate it.

How do you own land if you don't work?

Invade it.

Isnt that work tho?

It's effort, just like living off your own land. But you're not paid to invade new land every day, then go back to your bunk, so it's not work.

Lost my job recently. I'd be happy to just be able to work to earn a living.

I already do that. Bitcoin windfall, quit my job and now I do what I want. My financial manager is making the money work for me, and so far so good.

He's just running a script, you know. The most powerful stock software these days just digests google results. You could do that yourself, and sell it as a service to gain capital.

Sounds too much like work.

Only dumb blacks think that. But there are a scary number of loser whites coming up who think that. I blame it all when Bernie Sanders got popular and started talking about free everything.

Ur only allowed to do what society tells you to do. Be a good sheep and don't think outside the box

Imagine thinking the only way to exist is by making the rich even richer

I'm fully on board with this. I take pride in not working. I try to do everything myself in terms what I want and I take every opportunity that enables me not to work. Look at nature and ask that question again, and don't give me this shit about contributing to the community.

>earn a living
earn what? You are alrewady alive, the cucks around you want you to be alive as they will try their hardest to stop you from dying, but after that they leave you be... you can't do drugs, you can't do this, this is not life, this is a fucking prison. there is no freedom, the society just want you to be another little ant working for the collective.

this guy gets it

That's the principal behind universal basic income. Everyone is given a stipend, but a low one. They can live off it if they're not stupid. Beyond that, jobs and investing and whatever would be used to earn things you actually want, but your pay would be heavily taxed. Essentially, if you want better shit, you work. If you are content with shitty apartments and ramen, whatever.

So fucking true.

Everyone should work because that’s how society progresses but no one should be one or two paychecks away from losing their basic essentials.

I agree completely.
I have been on unemployment since March. I was getting 1200 a week to stay home. Then an extra 300. Now I just get 600 to stay home all week. I eat steak in my bathrobe at 930 am because I can.
Fuck work.

I believe every human being is entitled to basic living standards. Roof over your head, heating, medical care, food. If you want to have more, you need to put in an effort or inherit money someone else worked for or win the lottery (which is actually more effort since you have to buy the ticket).

I actually live in Germany where this more or less the case. We call it social market capitalism. It's not socialism by far.

I actually work a lot and pay a lot of taxes to finance this system. And I do it gladly.

People on ALG II (basic living standards, also called Hartz 4) actually have to try to work or they get into trouble. I am even against that. The living standard is really basic and I would not like to have to live like that. Also I believe the state should focus all its attention to those ppl that want to work. At the moment, the few actual slackers in the system take up way to many resources not by getting them but by causing all those processes trying to force them to apply for a job.
Just accept a few slackers and go on with it.

>society progresses
what if one disagrees in with the direction of this progress?

Not working anymore is the goal for me, definitely

Pretty much the same situation of this user. Europe all goes on like this.
I'm one of those slackers. I've always felt like working hard is beneath me, I'm an underachiever and I earn 1300€/month out from a job a literal monkey could do in my place.
Gots my home, my car and my bitch. I'm already doing better than like 70% of the world without even being dedicated the slightest bit to the job I mindlessly do. Once I finish and call it a day, my real day starts and I can go have fun until the next day. 2 slacking days if it's saturday.

I'm ok with this. Nobody can force a person to work hard. Everybody has to work, still. If you're like me, look for a job completely devoid of any responsability and focus on fucking. It's the best thing you could do provided you still have the looks.

I'm 34 and I'm currently dating a 20 y old girl. I never found myself without a girl during my whole life, but I don't care about my looks, I mean, I just comb my hair in the morning.

I hardly care about anything to he honest. This era leaves scarce time to manifest dreams, if you have any. I can't even have a hike past 23 without a paper stating the reason why I'm moving out from home. How can anybody dream in a time like this.

Give to your job the worst version of you, give to anything else your full You.

I rather work hard then work a mindless job user. that sounds terrible especially for someone intelligent. it's like a mental prison. I try not to work at all, but by no means I'm lazy as things take time and effort if you're not willing to pay other people to do them for you
