my favorite floofers :3
how are y'all today?
today? i dont think so, tomorrow? maaaybe?
forced to eat a breakfast i dont really want, and lots of vidya corruption slaying.
I think I have Covid. My sister tested positive earlier this week, my mom was feeling bad too, and now I have multiple symptoms today. I'm sure it'll pass soon though.
How are you?
>remember when this guy got flovid, and nothing happened.
dindu
oh no! hopefully you won't have it too bad, get well soon. My brother has been working the covid ward, it's not a fun time.
and I'm same as usual I guess, just trying to keep it together lol
what did you eat? i need to whip up something myself but am not really feeling hungry
it was some sweet potato/egg/collard green/other stuff thing all thrown into a pan. Not bad, I just like cooking my own food.
Well yeah, it's little more than a cold for most people. I'm not in a high risk group.
Nah, nobody in my family has had it actually bad, just a cold basically. I'm sure it would suck to work in the Covid patients though, dang.
I feel you, I'm trying to keep it together too. This year was already stressful enough, and now at Christmastime, my stress and anxiety levels are a lot higher than normal.
well I definitely can't type today, or think straight :/
the fatigue is real
sounds like hearty breakfast food
I think I've got a sweet potato sitting around somewhere, might make a meal out of it
most people do seem to have only mild symptoms, but apparently even mild cases can lead to lingering neurological issues
my brother is the neurology specialist there and apparently there is some weird/interesting stuff with the virus. he's supposed to be one of the first in line to get the vaccine here, hopefully that'll make his working conditions safer
Interesting. The long term effects are what I'm most curious about. Hopefully the vaccines are available soon.
ugh I remember after i had this viral infection a couple years back, i got this lingering fatigue that took like six months to go away, was terrible
I remember, I was pretty worried too
It's interesting, this whole year has basically been a blur, and I forgot just how serious Covid is for some people and how the medical field is doing everything they can, until my family have it now. Even if we have mild symptoms, it definitely puts into perspective how devastating it can be, and how much it has affected the entire world.
And people will still say "durr nobody knows anyone with Covid"
