>the album on the left is dumb and embraces it >the album on the right is dumb but thinks it's a serious existential art statement
>the album on the left rocks out unabashedly >the album on the right rocks out occasionally but not too much lest somebody starts having fun while listening to it
>the album on the left gets pussy, crushes it, and bounces >the album on the right makes arrangements to get pussy, gets nervous beforehand, and flakes out
>the album on the left tells you to fuck off or get knocked out >the album on the right meekly reminds you that consumerism and online anonymity blur the line between the individual and society, so saying mean things about it is essentially the same as saying mean things about yourself
>the album on the left has sold 16 million copies >the album on the right has sold 8 million
are you the guy from the album/favorite food thread
Justin Torres
"pussy" guy here, not op, although i agree so pretend it is me
Leo Long
limp bizkit is unironically at least as good as radiohead. they’re both awful, awful bands though. i will never understand the appeal of radiohead
Justin Baker
Rateyourmusic has shit taste They re-evaluated The Black Parade and Hybrid Theory but not Significant Other
Matthew Sanchez
no, I'm the guy who complimented this guy for being based.
We need to get negroid semen guy in here as well.
Luke Sanders
A good way to judge rock bands is their opinion on the Doors The Doors is the greatest band of all time, and they’re a great litmus test Radiohead is a rock band that sucks, and their frontman hates the Doors and Jim Morrison and has said as such Korn is a rock band that rocks. This artist compared them to the Doors, said they were the Doors of the 90s, and they were so flattered they got him to do art for them Limp Bizkit has not made an official statement on the Doors, but they are close friends with Korn and play a similar music style, it’s not wrong to assume they might have similar taste. Not to mention, for a time Fred Durst lived in a house owned by Robby Krieger, it was in that very house where Light My Fire was written thirty years earlier. I’m gonna go out on a limb and say Limp Bizkit probably likes the Doors Limp Bizkit is a rock band that rocks, so my assumption is probably correct

Is there something I’m missing, who are you people?
Isaac Foster
>>the album on the right meekly reminds you that consumerism and online anonymity blur the line between the individual and society, so saying mean things about it is essentially the same as saying mean things about yourself but this is based and quite a good insight.
Grayson Taylor

>mfw i love the doors and hate radiohead Am I gonna make it, bros?
Luis Powell
There was an earlier thread they’re referring to, asking you to post your favorite album and your favorite food. One user posted the OP’s Limp Bizkit album and said their favorite food was pussy, and conversation ensued. One guy called him based, another guy said his favorite food was negroid semen They’re just referring to that thread is all
Asher Cox

Wyatt Carter
As someone who owns both albums on CD. Significant Other is more replayable than Ok Computer.

Limp Bizkit: Is sad, embraces it and uses music as a tool to combat their sadness.
Music is key It's the way we're set free From all this worlds throwing at me And I'll do what it takes If I make some mistakes Its okay 'Cause its all Just the way It should be
vs
Radiohead: Is sad and wants to die like a pussy
A heart that's full up like a landfill A job that slowly kills you Bruises that won't heal You look so tired, unhappy Bring down the government They don't, they don't speak for us I'll take a quiet life A handshake of carbon monoxide
Dominic Peterson
If anything by Limp Bizkit needs to get a reevaluation there its Results May Vary. >1.67
Brayden Cox
lol, no it's not. its just some half assed pseudo-intellectual bullshit i thought up 30 seconds before making the thread that sounds like something thom would say to somebody who confronted him in person.
even if it was 100% true (it's not), its impact would be offset by the fact that it's delivered like a fucking pussy, which is pretty much exactly what happens to any radiohead song that would otherwise be impactful.
Aaron Jones
Radiohead is music for cynical people, just look at No Surprises.
Nathaniel Perry
>Radiohead is music for virgins ftfy
Daniel Moore
radiohead is "music" for soi guzzlers, just look at their entire discography.
Jacob Butler
I'm a virgin and I don't like Radiohead except for a couple of albums. Too boring and low energy.
Landon Ross
I'm virgin and I can't stand for very long with the frigid approach of Radiohead.
Jonathan Reed
I'm a virgin and i'd rather listen to Chocolate Starfish than Ok Computer
Joshua Lewis
ok i looked at their entire discography. what was i meant to find

Songwriting alone just cannot equate to good rock and roll music. You gotta actually put some energy into it. Bands like Weezer and Radiohead have 1 member and 3-4 session players. Thom Dorks songwriting is the only thing the band actually has. They don't do anything with their instrumentation. It's not even that it's uninspired, it's that it barely needs to be there. Their music has no dancability, it's too low energy to go off and let out aggression to, it usually isn't even spacey. Outside of a couple of thom dorks vocal performances, there's never anything to really grabbing or standout either. And all that's fine if it's like a folk act or something, but this is a 5 piece band that sounds like a one man band 90% of the time. >Radiohead is a rock band that sucks, and their frontman hates the Doors and Jim Morrison and has said as such Ok wow Thom Dork is now Drake levels of unlikable with that one. Fuck him.

youtube.com/watch?v=puGDyv4z148 This thread made me rewatch Limp Bizkit playing Break Stuff at Rock im Park. The crowd goes fucking insane, I wish I could have been there.
