I'm a huge fan of Brainbombs. Their first two albums and Singles Compilation are my favorite. Have you ever heard Cows?

Brainbombs are great. I especially love their backstory. The band's aim was to capture the essence of power electronics within the format of a garage rock band. Being a fan of Industrial/power electronics, I think that is so cool.

Cows are maybe less edgy than Brainbombs, but still share the same genre, with a slight touch of post-hardcore and maybe even grunge. Sick stuff. I recommend Sexy Pee Story and Sorry in Pig Minor tremendously

Lmfao I've never heard this story. How do you even lose a trumpet like that?

Notably, the "Anne Frank / No Guilt" single features guitarist Jonas on vocals rather than Peter, simply because of the fact that he was too hung over to bother coming over to the studio.
The band have only performed live a handful of times, mainly due to the member’s sleazy attitude, but their controversial music have also been in the way. Once, they were denied to enter Norway for their second ever concert due to the border control finding two hits of acid in their van, as well as suspecting the band for being involved with the now legendary Norwegian black metal scene (this incident happened shortly after the arrest ofVarg Vikernes). Dan was deported back to Sweden when he went to visit his wife in London, due to the border control finding lyrics sheets and all of his issues ofPure Magazine. One of the more notorious contert incidents was when the Brainbombs played at a private New Year’s party in their hometown in 1994. The whole band were dressed as Indians, and just as they began playing, the crowd started throwing beer bottles at the band – the members responded with the same thing. Halfway through the third song an audience member was seriously injured, and the power went off shortly the song was over. Dan also cut a gig in the same town short after fifteen minutes, when he drunkenly fell down the stairs, broke a leg and lost his trumpet. The band has several times received negative publicity in Hudiksvall’s local paper, calling them an embarrassment for the town.
