I'm assuming you ignored all of my advice in the other thread because you can't handle anything more harsh than the pat on the back your mother gives you whenever you "finish" your lofi beats.
How do I control volume the way mainstream music does? my songs always sound so quiet and the beat doesn't smack the same way?

Lol confused is right lol I should really try to help you out. Your pleasure is probably pretty low with the style, I can help with that no doubt. Your chord progression is not bad overall. Most rock music uses the same chords and sounds that other bands have played millions of times throughout history sent through devices that modify the sound in similar ways that other bands have done millions of times throughout history. The difference is the modification of the sound that can be different (analogous to using effects on a given sound you've sampled) and the sounds are put into a different order (which is something you do when you sample stuff too). And you don't need to use already existing sounds if you're sampling. You can record or play your own sounds to use. This isn't the most common thing to do but it is something that's done. Your tone is OK but bro heres a tip for getting your guitars to actually sound heavy: Turn knobs marked "gain" or "overdrive" all the way up. Turn other volume knobs down to get the loudness you want. Once you've proved you can get heavy distortion, dial things back to find the tone you want. Focus on being LOUD!! Some amps won't distort at low volumes, mainly because that's dumb as all hell LOL. If yours is like this, either just play loud or give up.

So-- Here's what you should really do: -1st buy fl studio, its all you need at 1st -2nd make a kick/snare rythem -invite some producers over to hang out and get them to help geta melody / bassline idea -3rd get some studio time, 4th, get some experienced producers to work with you during your session(s) 5th let them do whatever they want to the song to make it good. 6th DONE! you have a new song you can upload online and start blowing up! So what's your favourite motet by Josquin Desprez? You favor the ossia cadenza of Rachmaninov's Piano Concerto No. 3 over the toccata-like one? enjoy Van Cliburn? Do you value the emotional impact of Marie's Cradle Song in Berg's Wozzeck? did Wagner do a good job to musically convey descent into the depths of the earth at the end of the 2nd scene of Rheingold? Whose rendition of Ravel's Gaspard de la nuit do you prefer? Gieseking's 1954 recording? Argerich 1975? Or Michelangeli 1959? What resonates more with you? The Tristan or the Electra Chord? You do know both of them by heart, do you? Would you agree with some critics (e.g. Roger Scruton) that historically informed performative approaches, such as Jordi Savall's, reduce composition to an artificial museal state, inaccessible by contemporary audiences? Speaking of Savall, which composer would you see more aptly conducted by him? Marin Marais or Marc-Antoine Charpentier? What kind of Bach interpretations do you prefer? The clarity and informedness of Zhu Xiao-Mei or the emotional ingenuity of Grigory Sokolov?

How tf do you get a cracked version of serum to work? I need one because I uninstalled it and some of my old project files contain some several instances of it and now I can't listen to it. I tried a few torrents but none of the keys work (I remember it wasn't that complicated to make it work before).
