I think the problem of the series is mainly with the fandom, a part of it is full of 11 year old edgy children and people who put the series on a pedestal.
And let's not say that vivzie and her crew are not without mistakes. They have to improve several things like:
- stop with the excess of the red color palette
-improve the concept of hell as displaying the punishments of sinners and displaying large numbers of homeless demons
-They also enhance the concept of the redemption of sinners
-It would be great if Angel dust realized that his addiction to narcotics rather than bringing him good things, to the contrary, made him a porn actor, made him more submissive (hiding him behind a false empowerment and "cool" air already That is what the video clip means.) The biggest thing I want from the show is to tackle redemption for really horrendous crimes like pedophilia, rape and genocide. It’s easy to redeem criminals, gangsters and spooky monsters, but acts of genuine evil are way harder to deal and think about.
I think the show could only be a failure if they are too cowardly to tackle how to redeem those type of crimes. But given how the rapist from the music video has an instagram page where he is somewhat humanized, I think the creators do want to go that way.
