>Netflix makes the show more popular among normies.
How do you feel about that?
>Netflix makes the show more popular among normies.
How do you feel about that?
It was always popular among normies.
i don't trust netflix
Yeah. But now there's even more normies.
And you care about the amount of normiefaggies why, exactly?
The mega-normies.
>normies
You mean zoomers user. Netflix made a bunch of zoomers discover and become fans of the show.
Oh I just find it neat that new people are discovering the show.
I'm curious of how Zig Forums feels about it.
The super mega normies wouldn't even watch it because "cartoons are for kids only"
Is anyone else genuinely shocked at how much of Zig Forums apparently hasn't seen Avatar before now?
> normies
As opposed to you, clearly a wacky and odd individual who is oh so different from the rest of society? Fuck off.
I think it's great to have more people to discuss the show with and create new fan art about it.
I watched it on canuck Netflix 8 or 9 years ago and thought it was just "good", so I'm more surprised that zoomers think it's a 10/10 revolutionary masterpiece.
I made the mistake of joining a Zig Forums discord and as much as I wish it were otherwise it was a good 30% underage and at least 70% under 22. This board is completely filled with zoomers who have only been here for a good three to four years at most.
>Going to discord
This is your first problem
The general Zig Forumsnsensus was always that season 1 is kind of rough, season 2 is an actual masterpiece, and season 3 is notably weaker. Kind of boggles my mind seeing people calling it literally flawless lately.
I'm more concerned how many people could only see it when it was on Netflix when you could pirate it at literally any moment on a whim with something as simple as going to one of the streaming sites
Season 1 was utter garbage with the occasional good episode.
But season 2 being better than 3? Are you high?
This, how fucking new are people on this board that they don't even know the most basic streaming sites?
I almost dropped it because of how weak the first season was. Only kept watching until the good bits because a coworker pestered me to.
I think seasons 2 and 3 are about equal myself, that's just the general opinion I've seen posted around here.
Zoomers and normies will never know. I remember when we had to wait months for new episodes. We were better for it.
Zoomers grew up with the show user.
I barely remember season 1 because I haven’t watched since I was 11. Why is it weak?
People probably say that because the Drill are one of the best episodes.
god forbid making something popular to younger demographics
The absolute oldest zoomers would have been 8-11 years old when the show was airing, and their generation spanned two decades after that. It was mostly young millenials that grew up with it.
>. I remember when we had to wait months for new episodes.
you want a medal or somethin
I have deliberately not watched Avatar because one of my friends is an extremely rabid fan of the show and if I watch it I will 100% not like it as much as he does and if then I have conversations with him and point out flaws in the show it will hurt our friendship.
It was obvious that the show was still trying to find its footing, so the quality was wildly inconsistent.
So we had interesting episodes like the Storm alongside bad episodes like the great divide (Which I dont personally find it that bad.)
lol don't care
