Nah. The big difference between Cat/Spider and Cat/Bat is that Black Cat’s relationship is with Spider-Man only. Bruce is the mask and Batman is the person, so he can hold a relationship with someone like Selina, but Peter and Spider-Man aren’t like that. Black Cat loves the web slinging, quip shooting, heroic Spider-Man, not the dorky, weird, piss poor Peter.
