He can't though. Seiya already has universe-level durability at base and that scales exponentially with various cloths. Superman has no means of destroying Seiya's armor before he gets speedblitzed and pasted.

He isn't nowhere near as strong as superman, if he only uses cosmos he can't hurt superman, cosmos is like Chi, ki or the force, is not supernatural, BUT Saiya going godly means superman bioaura doesn't protect him anymore and he is VULNERABLE (not weak) against the attacks, and supes can't pull out a win against someone that fights faster and smarter on that level, Superman can win only if seiya were a bad guy, and he isn't. Superman power advantage isn't that big of a deal, saiya is way more durable that someone like goku.
