I can agree Tootie is the best of the bunch (not much of a high bar), but I don't like how the writers used to punish Timmy for not liking her back.

I mean, in one episode, he pelted her with water balloons until she cried. In another, he stole 3 birthday passes from her so he and his friends could enjoy a party without her. In a more extreme example, he burnt her house down, though that was moreso aimed at Vicky.
Let's not act like Timmy is 100% blameless, he was genuinely a shitty person to the one girl who liked him. What's a problem is the shiptards still try to blame Tootie most of the time.
