The fuck was Original Sin again?

everyone's secret comes out
shit like spider man leraning his spider bit someone else, thor learning about his sister and becoming unworthy, captain america learning the illumminati wiped out his memory etc..

>the Time runs out+ Original sin era of marvel was the most interesting the verse has ever been

That's because you didn't know what was going to happen each month. Then when you read it all together again it just fucking blows.

Hickman is very good at taking shit that's invading his comic and making it feel like it was planned the whole time. It's very natural.
What didn't you like about Secret Wars?

Original Sin was fucking dogshit. Terrible main book and very few tie-ins that were good, even fewer that amounted to anything.

I really liked all the Hickman stuff. The other stuff not so much.
Anons cried over Hickman's Avengers the entire time it was coming out. They cried like Adventure Time faggots cry.

I dunno, I just found it extremely boring as a pay off to all the set up that was done
the only part I liked was the final confrontation between doom and richards, all the rest was mediocre

New Avengers was great the entire time.
Avengers meandered like a motherfucker and had some insane lack of characterization. Avengers was the grand scheme of things.

I've not read it since relase though so I might be spraffing shit.
Sorry to hear that, user. It's my top 5 Marvel events.

In all fairness a good portion of that was that one autist that just got more and more buttmad over time till he started trying to post spoiler pages in the middle of storytime threads.

>It's my top 5 Marvel events.
can you explain what you liked about it? What scenes stuck out to you?

I have the omnis. I think it all holds together pretty well. I really like it, anyway. It gets dark af though.

Wait so Peter knew about Silk before she escaped?

I've not read it since release mind, but I always liked
>Doom deleting Thanos from existence after Thanos tries to get cocky
>Punisher inviting every famous villain to a pub to kill them all before they die.
>Black Panther, King of the Dead, controlling an army of Marvel Zombies against Doom.
>Dawn of Thors
>Franklin tells Val that all hope lies in Doom, followed by Strange repeating the same thing to Doom before he recreates the world.
>Franklin turning Galactus into his herald in FF, and in Secret Wars.

And I loved the tie-ins a lot. So many great miniseries.

I've got all the floppies, but I'm looking into picking up the omni.

Oh also
>Doom showing his face
>Doom fucking Reeds wife
>Everything with Molecule
>Doom getting his face fixed as the ending.
Also I loved the final line.
>"I'm letting go. Because now I believe in expansion. I believe we endure. Don't you see? Everything lives."

he freed her I think?
as soon as he learns she exists, he goes to help her

Everything is Illuminated (and then dies) was better than the real thing.

But how the hell is that a secret or sin?

ask Hickmann

OS was an Aaron thing.

I've been wanting to finish this arc, I kinda just stopped because I got lost on what issues to read in order. Is there a sort of omnibus that has all the essentials? Or do these volumes that op posted does that?

That wasn't an Aaron thing either. That was Slott.

There are two omnis, both out of print and crazy expensive.

Time Runs out was cool but Original Sin was absolutely awful. Also Secret Wars was tons of fun. All those alt world mini's allowed room to stretch. I really liked the main book and it's one of the only endings Hickman's ever landed.

SW is essentially the ending of his FF run, too.

i hate susan storm

Loved almost everything about Hickman's overall run except for the stupid out of place arc with the Crime Syndicate Avengers with the horrible Larroca art.

Avengers World was also really good, loved the build up with all the different threats being built up to.

Really fucking sad Marvel lost Opena, Ribic & Weaver after this run concluded.

Without them Marvel really has no artist who compare to Reis, Sharp, Bermejo & JH Williams at Dc except Alex Ross/Gab Dell Otto I guess and they are only on covers.

>spider man leraning his spider bit someone else
Which is impossible because the spider doesn't jump off peter. He holds it after it dies. So Slott being a hack and saying the spider jumped off Peter to Cindy is stupid.

Wasn't OS followed up with Axis which was actually good? Kind of wild.

Marvel needs to fucking pay their artists better

marvel is close to bankruptcy

They're owned by Disney. There's no way that's true.
