I don't think anyone in the DC universe could beat alucard from hellsing
Is there a DC character who could defeat him?
Anyone got the Batman Who Laughs Madara copypasta?
Apollo
Technically all you'd have to do is kill him a million times. He's not actually healing when he reforms, he's just swapping to another body he's absorbed from drinking blood, if I remember the manga right. So Superman could probably do it if he were inclined.
>Fights like a huge tricky faggot the entire fight with Anderson
>Anderson meanwhile has been killing 10,000+ vampires all night and his arm is literally held on by a string of sinew
>Anderson decides to use the nail because there's just no way he'll win
>Alucard cries like a faggot about how Anderson ruined everything
>NOOOO WHY COULDN'T YOU STAY A HUMAN REEEEEEEEEEE I WANNA DIIIIIIIE
What an asshole. Fuck Alucard.
He has trillions iirc, but yeah his immortality while pretty good isn’t unbeatable.
>captain werewolf only gets 5 mins of screen time
>not even fighting back because he wants to die
>could literally obliterate everyone and match alucard because hes a fucking wild god bound into service
what a waste of a series long setup
he wasnt even evil
That chapter was conceptually cool but fucking stupid since Alucard only managed to win through ridiculous plot armor.
Toss him into the sun. Done and done.
Yes, multiple. But one thing I've learned from any Vs featuring Alucard is the second you present someone who can kill him, the fanboys just immediately go "W-well if it's Shrodinger Alucard, he stomps!"
Like no shit.
it still makes you wonder how the fuck some fatty who can't even shoot straight is commanding enough respect to get the other nazis to bind all these super god beings into his service.
oh yeah, that is a thing, but that would be too easy.
alright then: is there a single person who can kill SCHROEDINGER alucard? Because I don't think there is.
Atari Dumbledore from Porkslope Turkeyhandle could defeat him.
a regular green lantern
Theoretically any hero of light or celestial being that counters his Satanic powers could. As powerful as Alucard is even with Schrodinger, God owns his ass.
That chapter always fucked me off and I cannot re-read the manga because of it. Anderson was utterly robbed of a meaningful end because Alucard was a poorly written cunt.
A real fucking vampire.
not in-character, but Supes can toss him to the sun.
It's an important distinction that has to be made though. Normal Alucard can be killed, it's just annoying as fuck to do so because of how many souls he has to burn, schrodinger Alucard requires someone who can no sell his bullshit quantum unlife fuckery.
Logically aren't Seras, Alucard and Integra bound for hell when they die?
is it different than in hellsing ultimate? 'cause in Ultimate it looked like Alucard would have basically let himself die to Anderson's blade if he only followed through. But Anderson was like "nah, I'm gonna turn into god monster mode"
Alucard is kinda dumb like that. He swears humans and their innate humanity are a precious thing but rips Seras' humanity away from her without asking, he shits on Walter because the fundamentally broken child soldier turned butler decided he wanted a second chance to do what he was trained to do even at the cost of his body, and he gives Anderson shit for not trying to fight a losing battle against the guy who threw an army of undead at him and shot him with magical "fuck your healing ability" bullets.
higher cosmic abstracts, time travelers who don't give a shit about the fallout caused by a paradox
Seras yes though it's not her fault, Integra maybe depending on how hard she repents for using a literally damned monster to kill people as well as killing people herself, Alucard no because lol catbussy soul.
>God owns his ass
Oh yeas, the character who's powerset and description is "Literally omnipotent" Owns him.
If you have to say "God wins", you've basically just jumped to the absolute end of the tier liest.
Also, while "God" is omnipotent, he has a bad habit of leaving all his "heroes" to get thrown under the bus on whims, so just saying "I'm a servant of God!" doesn't get you anywhere: Just as Joan of arc how that worked out for her.
Show me where it says in the bible "If a vampire sucks your blood while you're a virgin you'll go to hell". I'll wait for you to look up the passage.
Alucard maybe, but that'd be more for his rejection of him, Seras being a vampire isn't going to condemn her.
Or video game Castlevania Dracula. Figuring out how souls and magic physics work lets him cheatcode everything other than the Vampire Killer whip when used by a Belmont since the soul inside it has a cheatcode to his immortality.
Depends on the rules of being a vampire. Are you damned simply because you are one, or only if you start to mindlessly and willfully indulge in bloodlust and murdering the innocent?
its been a while since I read the books or watched the show, but pretty sure he does give Seras the choice to die when he meets her
Literally fucking Constantine. His whole thing is fighting supernatural. Even if he doesnt KILL Alucard, he could trap him in any number of ways
She did technically kill Pip by drinking his blood, willing or no, as well as The Captain, Zorin, and The Major. While none of the people she killed were good people I don't think God really makes the distinction.
Alucard is a massive hypocrite when you get right down to it. He claims that he wants to fight something that'll give him a challenge but that aspect of his personality disappears when he's faced with characters who are actually stronger than him (Nailed!Anderson, Walter). Then he just goes on these rants about humanity. Which seems to be code for: I want to be the strongest monster ME
Shit son does he? Guess my memory is foggy. Still his idea of saving her was literally turning her into the very monster he condemns.
Its not even that Dracula is cheatcoding, he can die to theoretically any powerful enough magic (hence why alucard and magic spells based on his own magic have killed him).
Dracula's big thing is that his castle is basically a lich's Phylactery and he's somehow gotten himself locked out of the afterlife in a cycle of reincarnation: So everytime he dies he'll just reincarnate and get ported back to his castle when he gets old enough and get all his memories and powers back.
Nah, Alucard kept bitching out during the fight and throwing more random shit at Anderson than he could realistically handle. Remember by the end of the fight he had been battling Nazi Vampires, undead and Alucard for literal hours, was missing an arm, had run out of his paladin wizard spells and couldn't regenerate damage faster than he was receiving it and every time he got close to Alucard he'd bitch out and hide behind more ghouls / trapped souls which varied from random people to fully trained warriors to other powerful vampires.
Anderson had no chance of winning and knew it so decided to play the only card he had left in an attempt to rid he world of Alucard. Alucard then had a bitch fit that Anderson wasn't fighting fair despite Alucard not once facing him it direct combat without hardcounters against him.
>Show me where it says in the bible "If a vampire sucks your blood while you're a virgin you'll go to hell". I'll wait for you to look up the passage.
It goes by Slavic logic. God is absolute, but Satan somehow wins matchups that are indirect. The worst result is the one that will happen. Associating with deviants even accidentally or against your will is worse than actually being one.
On the other end of the spectrum is Mark Twain logic. A truly good Christian has nothing to fear from anything because suffering makes you a martyr and nothing can prevent you from going to heaven if you’re truly decent and pious. You could be possessed by Pazuzu, being assraped by Lestat and facefucked by Stalin, and during the Commie bastard’s refractory period you may as well ask the three of them if they’d be willing to attend your church on Sunday because the worst and most awesome thing you could do to evil is try to fearlessly redeem it.
If you want another example of him pussying out of a monster battle there's the time Captain kicked his ass in half and he hid in his coffin for he rest of the fight. If he'd actually bothered to stick around Walter would've never gotten the offer he later took where he went rogue.
>Can anyone from DC comics kill XYZ Anime Character
The answer is always yes. There is always some character in DC that is just fucking niche enough to kill an anime character
I think part of with anderson and walter is him being upset seeing people he probably kind of respected making the same kind of shortsighted bargain for power that fucked him over
>While none of the people she killed were good people I don't think God really makes the distinction.
If God didn't make a distinction about killing good or evil people, then half of the characters in the old testament would be sent to hell despite being on his side.
I think he'd give a pass for killing nazis; I don't think there's any passages specifically forbidding drinking blood
I mean, they are literally servants of satan, even mentions this in the manga. Integra is willingly using dark satanic powers of evil to win fights. Pretty sure God would have a thing or two to say about that.
>Associating with deviants even accidentally or against your will is worse than actually being one.
A doctor does not go amongst those who are well: Jesus spent his entire life amongst sinners and monsters.
It helps that /masteryofsouls gave him the eternal servitude of Death, Lucifer, Cthulhu, and every other Eldritch, Pagan, or Satanic spirit.
If you’re magic and not a protagonist or merchant, Dracula owns your ass.
>making the same kind of shortsighted bargain for power that fucked him over
I don't buy that. Hellsing is the one series aside from JoJo where becoming a vampire is a nonstop win situation. Alucard has so many powers and isn't even limited by sunlight. I think Hirano was actually running on fumes when he wrote that bit.
Pip however wasnt a nazi so that's still technically one mark on her record even if he told her to do it. I don't think God would care too much about sides ever given Anderson would most definitely be hellbound for killing, even in his name. Dude killed protestants for being in his way while not catholic after all.
Hellshing and Drifters (by the same guy) aren’t deep series, but they’re very good at being spectacles so that you don’t mind them not having much substance. The guy is great at action, gore, dark subject matter, and in general writing badasses and easily quotable lines. Like the Majors “I like war” speech is fucking amazing! But to get back in topic I get what he was trying to do with alucard. Like underneath it all he’s a coward at his core, because despite being sold into sec slavery as a boy, living in poverty? And eventual becoming the impailer, he threw all his perseverance (humanity) to the wayside and gave into his fears of death and loss and faith and made a pact with hell to live on as a monster. He’s jealous and admires the humanity in others, but that doesn’t mean he can’t find those he views as shying away from the light as funny. Like with the butler he threw everything he had away for something he know he can’t win and that funny to alucard, plus he betray their master so he’s just rubbing salt in the wound. And with Anderson *ahmen* he wanted him not give into his fear of loosing and fight his head on as man, for giving yourself over to light is just as foolish as doing it with the dark. Like it’s all there, you can see his motivations and thoughts behind his actions, but it’s nkt that well organized or solidly written, but at the same time doesn’t realky need to be because at the end of the day it’s nkt what the series is about
I don't think Lucifer is under Dracula's control, you never fight him in the game. The only outright mention of Satan that I can remember is his ring.
I think Lucifer is a bit above Dracula's hiarchy (and Cthulu would feasibly, in the setting's mythology, count as a False deity hence why he'd be less powerful than Satan in the ranking of dark powers)
