She was a fun character. Had a good dynamic with both Kim and the Doctor. Visually appealing design, sexy voice. I also enjoy villains who are former heroes and share a lot of characteristics with the main hero, but aren't just carbon copies.

Her voice is pure sex, her snark was top notch, and overall one of the most entertaining characters in the show.

It is kinda weird how both Kim and Shego are on some level codependent on their partners, but that isn't really the case vice versa. Drakken rarely gets help from Shego regardless but can do decently well if he's motivated enough. Kim and Ron are a more extreme case, where Kim is flat-out useless without Ron, yet Ron flourishes in his own adventures.
