Depends in what world and when, in LOTR Aragorn has the divine right of kings while in Hypoborea such thing does not exist except when it does, but when it does exist it is not a good thing. At his zenith Aragorn was a century year old superhuman warrior that fought demons, monsters and men. Conan has made similiar experiences and while he is fundamentally human, his strength comes experience and babaric instinct and less by training. A battle between both would be hard one indeed, Conan would fight well above his status, maybe even better than Boromir but in the end Aragorn would prevail with or without divine destiny. He would be too skilled for Conan, Conan might equal him on strength as Aragorn was less focused on combat strength than Conan was but Aragorn is a Numenorian superhuman and thus would normally outstrength any ordinary human several times. I would put my money on Aragorn.

Someone never read a Conan book. He has years of training and is known to not be capable of being defeated as long as his back is against a wall. Conan had professional training when he was younger and has led armies of his own several times before. He also has a lot more experience fighting and winning against supernatural monsters and wizards. Aragorn mostly fought orcs and easterlings, was slapped around by two trolls, only fended off nazgul with fire and scared them away, but that's about it for the supernatural stuff.
