That's something that really irks me. I'm in no way against Monarch victory, but I do believe the cancellation had some weight into it. Given how this is supposed to be a popularity contest the flavor of the month rule is pretty stupid buti if we have to have that rule we should also add rules for other scenarios like cancellations, renewals, reebots, etc.
It just feels way too inconsistent.
