What is the worst dialogue in comic books that you've ever seen/read?
Dialogue in comics
Any comic written by Benis
Goddamn what the fuck is this shit. Was this written by an autist who had no social skills.
Iron Sights by Ya Boi Zack.
Mar ville.
America Chavez
Iron sights is a stretch for storytime of pain, although it is shloky
Right , that’s warping the English language.
No it's perfect for it. Since it's pretty awful and the art's hilarious.
This kind of awkward but i'm sure there must be worse.
The only thing worse than the writing is the art, especially when compared with the cover. Bait and switch for a cheap artist that's worse than what you'd find working on shitty webcomics.
I always loved how Ya Boi gave America Chavez so much shit for it's writing only to turn around and match it with his own.
I love this so much jesus christ. This is like something someone put in as a joke on everyone else and nobody caught it, like the letter to the editor comparing AC to The Room.
The presented scenario and characters make it look like an adult action serious comic, but the dialogue reads something like comedic cartoony zany humor with nonsensical tellings.
Yeah, that's horribly contrasting.
Seriously, who the fuck monologues their thoughts like that to themselves?
Autists.

You can’t really top this. Not only is it so jilted and forced for the character to be narrating everything like this, but that fact that it doesn’t even pretend to be anything other than the writer getting high off of huffing their own farts just puts it on a whole ‘nother level.
Doesn't this whole comic revolve around the protagonist murdering Mexican cartel members for AMERICA just to join a cartel in the end
you know, with all the blacked NTR the guy draws, I kinda expected Naylor to be either some sort of blackpilled incel, or actually a woman.
Somehow, that's even sadder
Someone post that Avatar fancomic. I think it was called "How I became yours" or something like that.
Jay Naylor has been alot of things over the years.
That fanart is too cute.
"But Cap... they're in love!" or whatever that line was from Ultimates 3.
Good god, that comic was a benchmark in terrible, bested only by Ultimatum
I miss Tom Clancy. So much.
You know, I can't hate Jay Naylor. He's a fucking lunatic, but honestly his stuff just makes me laugh these days (though probably not for the reasons he intended).
Also Better Days was my introduction to incest as a fetish so there's that
Please tell me he wasn't a day over 20 when he drew this
1 AND 2 WERE SO GOOD
When you make Garth Ennis look subtle and restrained, you know you dun fucked up
>The presented scenario and characters make it look like an adult action serious comic, but the dialogue reads something like comedic cartoony zany humor with nonsensical tellings
That's not a half bad analysis of Iron Sights in general.
