>trans characters >Forced LGBT relationships >conflict is solved through talking and being nice rather than fighting >no cartoon violence >No sexist jokes >Calarts animation style or that awful rugrats/rocket power/wild thornberries/ginger animation style >women are drawn to be fat and ugly rather than pretty >topic of episodes are SJW issues
All cartoons are bad and you shouldnt be watching them past the age of 13 so either sit down and enjoy your garbage or go find something else to bitch about like a real adult you insufferable dipshit
Jason Jones
>conflict is solved through talking and being nice rather than fighting Attacking the root cause of a problem is not bad writing, musclehead

>he thinks the same person worked on those two shots
Mediocrity sells just fine. Excellence struggles. It ain't right but there's no real way out of this.

No I don't. I know how shitty the production is over there. That's why they don't use reference sheets because dumbasses like Ian JQ think "If the character is recognizable, it's on model!" That's how you got inconsistent garbage like Steven Universe and OK KO.

New generation of animators are full of excuses and can't do shit right.

Cartoons should be staffed by people who want to entertain, hardbitten real men who can draw. Not today's fresh out of high school or college storyboarders, who don't really know how to do anything but aim for the level of Steven Universe or Adventure Time, which was always a low bar. Children's cartoons should be for children.
"consistency" is not a high value trait in cartoon art. Its purpose is to entertain. Looney Tunes was never consistent from cartoon to cartoon.
I've been watching anime for 7 years, but I still think that Star is cuter than any anime chick. Even with her bean mouth I also don't give a fuck about gays and trans people in cartoons. If I find them boring, I just stop watching Am I doing something wrong?
#BetterCartoon showed how weird it is to be like 24 years old and want to make your own show. John K was 35 years old when he made Ren & Stimpy. Someone at that age should aspire to make standout work in a production, not run the show.
If no one's interested in plussing scenes or posters and such, the whole thing is going to be run by people who want someone else to pick up the slack so they can move on to being a showrunner. Good animation catches attention, as James Baxter showed. It's a star position, if people want it to be. Might as well just stick to photographs and movies, then.
> I still think that Star is cuter than any anime chick fair >Even with her bean mouth if bean mouths are something worth getting pissy over then anime eyes and "
Brandon Sullivan
>he thinks movies and photographs are the only thing with consistent character designs The absolute state of this board
Fuck off with your broad strokes Zig Forums is still coping over the fact a preschool cartoon beat them in a shitposting competition. It's literally the most controversial content you can post on this website, the fact it's talked about like it was Voldemort is the ultimate jole this website has pulled and i'll keep laughing at the fact that the website that fashioned itself as the ultimate Internet badass still talk in ushed whisper about Twilight Sparkle

so that's why there are no colored horse posts

>and yes they dont die at the end lesbians really convinced themselves that every gay character has to die due to some widespread homophobic conspiracy (and not because yknow, most lesbians up until the 2000s mainly existed in shitty drama/romance stories like 'the fault in our stars' or some shit where someone HAS to die in the end to make it 'deep' and 'tragic')
the amount of times i heard them say "theyre killing US. these are OUR BODIES theyre killing. ME. " why do twitterfags like to do that so much, anyway? say that "theyre literally hurting ME DIRECTLY."
