What a shit ending
What a shit ending
Yep
he finally escaped his abusive home, how is that bad
I liked it, he finally stopped being so dependent on everybody
Because hes a big fat ingrate, hes crying over "muh PTSD" that he never showed signs of from the original series, and fucks off from his amazing and wondrous home of magical alien ladies to fuck off to be with boring worthless humans
Mindful Education and other episodes were pretty explicit about how fucked Steven's brain is. and those magical alien ladies were all batshit monsters laying their problems on the feet of their 10 year old son, also his dad literally molested him in the movie, why wouldn't he want to get away he even managed to leave in a way that didn't make them want to follow him he's finally free they'll never see him again
Because those magical ladies loved him and were his family, he had everything their and he threw it all a way to be with worthless ordinaries
He still has it, he’s just checking out checking out the country, you don’t have to be physically there to have a family relationship with someone
What a shit show.
Its shit the whole time.
>he didn't show PTSD before
I wonder why PTSD doesn't happen before you realize it...
To a shit show.
Hes abandoning it all to lice with worthless people on an other wise worthless planet. I hate how steven chose humanity instead of having wacky adventures with hot alien rocks
the gems were all boring teachers though, Steven's life there was just making day plans for the school and when not doing that he had nothing. he now goes on adventures with Lars
It’s not abandoning your family to move out
The movie was the ending. Future was an epilogue.
No hes not going adventures with lars, lars fucked off into space
He doesnt have a job or is going to college so is not conventionally moving out, and again why trade your magical special life for a boring normal one?
>I'll catch up with Lars for our weekly space hangout.
Not conventional but still only moving out
your own fault for watching this shit in first place
>He doesnt have a job or is going to college so is not conventionally moving out
it's more of a long-term soul search. cross country traveling and meeting people type of deal. he can come back whenever
>why trade your magical special life for a boring normal one?
because it has almost gotten him killed multiple times, almost got the people he cared about killed, got a bunch of his friends kidnapped, killed lars, almost aged him to death, caused people to hate him for being alive, gave him an identity crisis at 14 about whether or not he's his mom, got him almost mutilated when white ripped out his gem, and put him in positions where he had to suffer due to some shitty thing his mom did
magic powers are cool and all but you'd be second guessing them too if someone tried to kill you and your family every two weeks
Id rather die then live another day as a human surrounded by humans, id kill to be were steven was. Hes an ingrate
That sounds like a personal issue
Because his home wasn't abusive in the original series. The entire fucking show made it clear how important friendship and love was, and Future seemed like it was going that route until the very end where Steven goes "Yeah, nah, fuck you all, I never actually needed friendship, I just needed to go fuck some truckers in Wyoming instead".
You say that like fucking truckers is a bad thing
Trips don’t lie
yeah i fucking hated it
just imagine the show ended S2
A shit ending for a shit show.
>watching this show long enough to get to the finale
well, there's always a rube I suppose
Based victim blaming
Don't make fun of the glaucoma patients, user. It's not sporting.
>when you get three chances to write a decent finale to your series and still fuck all of them ep
I agree, kinda wish they had stopped with the Movie
